Thank you for booking with us. Please take this time to read our terms and conditions.

Renting for video shoots or unsanctioned events is prohibited! Law enforcement will be contacted and contract terminated.

All request for event hosting must have the consent from the HOA Home Owner’s Association.

Respect all guest and homeowners and their properties.

No loud music or noise allowed on the compound that will disturb other guest’s and homeowners.

Upon checking out all guests must inform host and co-host via Airbnb inbox or whats app group chat for JaVacay Guests.

No smoking or Vaping allowed in the house.

The use of any illegal or recreational drugs in the house is prohibited.

No pets allowed a fee will apply for guest failing to abide by this rule.

No parking in front other apartments. Use parking pace for this unit only.

No Parties or gatherings allowed.

Damaged or missing gate remote will attract a fee $60 USD

Missing and damaged properties will attract extra fees for replacement.

Turn off appliances that are not being used TVs and AC Units. Lamps and lights not in use.

Keep windows and doors closed once AC Units are in use.

Closed off to all guests is our storage closets downstairs and upstairs.

These closets contain our cleaning essentials and clean linens. Kindly respect our boundaries.

All guests are required to report any issues or damages which arise during the duration of your stay for transparency and accountability.

PAYMENT POLICY

This applies to Booking.com customers:

If your arrival is within a week, full payment of [TOTAL_PRICE] is required within 24 hours of booking.

If your arrival is within a month, the final payment is due 7 days before your check-in date.

If your arrival is over a month away, the final payment is due 21 days before check-in.

To secure your reservation, please ensure payment is made within these timeframes. Otherwise, your booking may be canceled.

You also have the option to pay a deposit now and the remaining balance later—just ensure all payments follow the timelines above.

To complete your payment, a direct payment link will be shared where you can choose your preferred payment method.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Strict:

• Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund

• If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost

• In any other case, there’s no refund
